Upon exhausting your free trial, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service.
We offer the following paid subscription tiers:
Generation counts reset on your monthly billing date. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible via the link in your billing emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until then.
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
We do not offer refunds for partial months or if you simply change your mind after using the service. To request a refund, contact us at hello@gigijonescreative.com within 7 days of the charge.

The Content Ecosystem OS™, including its name, methodology, system architecture, prompts, and all related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by All4Naturals, Inc. d/b/a Gigi Jones Creative AI and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or attempt to replicate our proprietary system or methodology. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Our website content, branding, logos, and written materials are also our exclusive property. You may not use them without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you input into The Content Ecosystem OS™ (your ideas, topics, and personal information you provide). You also own the content generated for you by the tool.
By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as required to provide the service.
THE CONTENT ECOSYSTEM OS™ AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL4NATURALS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
